For tutoring programs, full payment is required before the program starts. For templates and digital products, payment is due before download access is granted.

Revision policies vary by service:

• Websites: 2 revision rounds during development
• Graphic Design: 2 revisions per product

Invoices can be issued in your preferred currency. Exchange rate adjustments apply only if payment is delayed beyond 14 days from invoice date.
