Due to the intangible and immediate nature of digital products and services, our return and refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Principle
All sales of digital products and services are final. Once a service has been initiated, a domain has been registered, or software code has been delivered/accessed, refunds are generally not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.
2. Software Development (Websites & Mobile Apps)
Custom Projects: For bespoke website or mobile app development, refunds are handled based on project milestones.
Pre-built Templates/Scripts: Sales of pre-made software templates, plugins, or source code are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the license key has been generated.
3. Domain Names
Non-Refundable: Domain name registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered with the registry (e.g., NIC.ng, ICANN registrars), the fee is paid immediately and cannot be reversed.
Transfer Errors: If Emexrevolarter makes an error in processing a domain transfer or registration (e.g., wrong extension), we will correct the error at no extra cost. However, if the error was due to incorrect information provided by the client, standard fees apply for corrections.
4. Web Hosting Services
Monthly Plans: No refunds are issued for monthly hosting plans. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, but the current billing cycle is non-refundable.
Annual/Long-term Plans:
Service Downtime: We strive for 99.9% uptime. In the rare event of extended downtime caused by our infrastructure, service credits may be issued pro-rata, but these do not constitute a cash refund.
5. Maintenance & Support Services
Fees paid for ongoing maintenance, security updates, or technical support packages are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
6. Exceptions & Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
Service Failure: If Emexrevolarter fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own negligence or technical inability, and no alternative solution can be provided.
Fraudulent Transactions: If unauthorized charges are made to your account, please contact us immediately.
